In 2005, Scott created his own company, Badger Appraisal Services. In 2014, Scott acquired his Broker’s license and entered into real estate sales. After appraising over 14,000 homes all over Washington, he is now able to use his plethora of valuation knowledge to assist home seekers in finding the house of their dreams. Over his career, Scott has help builders, investors and first-time home buyers find the property most valuable to them.
Alayna Badger
BROKER & OPERATIONS
Alayna comes from a strong background in marketing, operations management and a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University. Alayna began her operations career as an Executive Director of three assisted living communities stretching from Arizona to Washington. In each facility, she led successful management teams that were responsible for the care of over 350 residents. Alayna has helped first time home buyers, retiree’s, growing families and many more find their dream home since 2018. Alayna handles all operations and marketing for Badger Real Estate.
Alyssa Zawisza
GRAPHIC DESIGN & MARKETING SPECIALIST
Alyssa joins Badger Real Estate with an extensive background in Graphic Design, Marketing & radio broadcasting. Alyssa began her graphic design career over sixteen years ago. As a graduate of Penn State University, Alyssa specializes in ensuring clients and prospective clients know exactly the story we are trying to tell. Her talents have helped mold Badger Real Estate's marketing department tremendously!
MAINTENANCE
Dale is Badger Real Estate's maintenance supervisor for properties being listed or bought through Badger Real Estate's services. Dale specializes in landscape, minor repairs, curbside appeal, and listing preparation. Dale loves animals and the outdoors!
